| All requests for copies of police reports must be made through the police department administrative office. A request for information release must be completed and submitted. If it is determined that you are entitled to a copy of the data requested, the data will be collected and prepared for release. There is an administrative fee for the release of data. The fees for data release are as follows:
Reports are .25 per page, photo's $1.00 per disc + .25 per image. Special rates may apply for persons requesting extensive amounts of data where increased staff time is needed to process request. Staff rate is $25 per hour to collect data request.
